EY is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to lead IT projects focused on Real Estate construction technology deployments (AV, Network, Print, IoT, Smart Lockers, Workstation devices) in London. You will drive charter development, scope, and governance across complex multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers.

The role requires deep PM expertise, stakeholder leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale technology integrations within construction programs.

Qualificações

• Degree in CS, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15–20 years in a corporate IT environment.
• 10–15 years in project management, particularly in construction IT projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of project charters and scopes.
• Ensure alignment with EY stakeholder playbooks for pre-initiate through project closure.
• Manage technology deployment across construction phases, including scope, cost, time, risk, resource, and stakeholder management.
• Monitor and control project activities to align with technology deployment objectives and construction timelines.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes across business and IT components of construction projects.
• Report variances to the approved project baseline with insights into technology integration challenges.
• Formalize project closure and release of resources.
• Interface with project teams, management, and stakeholders for seamless deployment.
• Oversee project work and resources to ensure timely implementation of technology solutions.
• Conduct gate reviews and QA assessments related to technology integration in construction projects.
• Deliver projects aligned with business and technology strategies and industry best practices for RE construction.
• Manage external contracts and suppliers to support technology deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to develop business cases focused on technology solutions.
• Define project objectives, phases, and content to deliver on business case benefits and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to EY Technology processes and methodologies.
