iCOMAT is an advanced manufacturing company delivering lightweight composite components. The Project Manager role is based at Factory 1 in Gloucester and reports to the Head of Project Management.

You will own project delivery from kick-off through to completion, managing plans, budgets and scope while ensuring milestones are met for over 25 customers across UK facilities and a US site. You will lead detailed project planning, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation and continuous

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management in a manufacturing/engineering environment delivering hardware to customer schedules
• Experience in aerospace, automotive or space, ideally within composites or materials science
• Track record of running multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills with credibility to hold stakeholders to a plan
• Commercial awareness across budgets, cost and change control
• Office 365 skills, particularly Project, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative professional in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Budget Management: oversee budgets and expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
• Stakeholder Communication: act as main contact for internal teams, customers and external stakeholders with concise, honest reporting and corrective actions
• Risk Management: identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and adapt to changes to keep projects on track
• Continuous Improvement: analyze outcomes and contribute to governance, templates and reporting cadence as the PM function scales
