As Project Manager, you will manage and deliver complex, multi-channel client programs across multiple accounts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, balancing strategic vision with operational execution, and play a key role in identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major digital marketing projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across channel leads, client solutions, and delivery teams.
• Identify and drive improvements to delivery processes and tools.
• Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and resource planning.
• Support account growth by spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure efficient cost management
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including statements of work and milestone plans.
• Train and mentor team members in delivery best practices.

About you:

• Experience managing multi-market, multi-channel projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Expertise in SEO, content, PPC, social media, and digital project delivery.
• Strong understanding of web design/development workflows and backlog management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project governance, risk management, and budget control skills.
• Experience working on large-scale, multinational accounts is a plus.
