Project Manager - Construction

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (Negotiable) + 12/18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Tottenham, North London (commutable from Hackney, Stratford, London, Romford, Watford, Hammersmith)

Are you a Project Manager with experience in residential construction, looking to join a leading business, where you have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art projects across North London and be able to progress your career?

The company is a leading property management & construction business, overseeing residential/high‑rise projects across Greater London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a project manager to work on their upcoming cladding projects.

In this role you will work as a project manager across the company's new build and refurb projects, specifically overseeing cladding works. The role involves dealing with stakeholders, overseeing compliance & regulation checks, working with H&S to ensure the project delivers on time.

The role would suit a project manager with experience in residential construction projects who has experience or is interested in cladding projects.
