Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an experienced Freelance Project/Contracts Manager to join an established contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and building services across London and the Home Counties.

The role is roving, overseeing multiple live projects and ensuring delivery is safe, on programme and to a high standard. The ideal candidate has main contractor experience in refurbishment/fit-out or M&E, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project/Contracts Manager for a main contractor
• Refurbishment, fit-out or M&E project experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

• Managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project / Contracts Manager to join a well-established principal contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and building services projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is a roving role, overseeing multiple live projects and ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
• Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager working for a main contractor
• Refurbishment, fit-out or M&E project experience
