JCB Power Products in Wrexham is seeking a Project Manager to deliver current product upgrades and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will coordinate across multiple functions to ensure on-time, high-standard delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of business delivery frameworks and gated processes.
• Transferable knowledge of powertrain or power generation is desirable.
• High energy, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Confident leading cross-functional activity and influencing stakeholders.

• Track cross-functional activity to ensure alignment with group processes and timelines.
• Drive delivery of robust product solutions to agreed milestones.
• Lead and facilitate project and cross-functional reviews in line with established processes.
• Produce, maintain, and report on key project metrics.
• Ensure project documentation and governance standards are met.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Proactively address challenges impacting delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present project updates, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Support adherence to gated processes and business delivery frameworks.

About the role:

As a Project Manager within JCB Power Products in Wrexham, you’ll play a key role in delivering both current product upgrades and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused position requiring strong day-to-day coordination across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What does this role involve day to day?

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Manage day-to-day coordination of current product upgrades and NPI projects
• Track cross-functional activity to ensure alignment with group processes and timelines
• Drive delivery of robust product solutions to agreed milestones

Governance & Reporting

• Lead and facilitate project and cross-functional reviews in line with established processes
• Produce, maintain, and report on key project metrics
• Ensure project documentation and governance standards are met

Risk & Issue Management
