Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on one of the frameworks at Sellafield. The framework involves delivering projects through a leading collaboration between the client, programme partners, delivery partners, and suppliers, working as an integrated team.
Our role includes the design development and delivery of the Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Blockwork packages.
The Project Manager will hold a key leadership role in a highly collaborative environment. You will oversee the timely execution and completion of both pre-construction and construction phases, with ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the project. Your role includes highlighting project risks, identifying opportunities, and mentoring continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
You will be recognized as a technical expert in your field and will have significant management responsibility for a diverse workforce across various construction disciplines, including Operational, Engineering, Technical, Commercial, and Business Support. You will provide functional leadership throughout the project with a considerable degree of independence.
