Job summary

ARCA is partnering with an innovative engineering technology business to deliver next‑generation products for highly regulated sectors. We seek a Project Manager to drive complex engineering, manufacturing and product development programmes.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget while influencing strategic decisions and improving delivery processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering and product development projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and operational stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide clear project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Support decision-making through the presentation of options, impacts and recommendations.
• Manage changes to project scope, priorities and timelines.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project delivery processes as the organisation continues to scale.

Following continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex engineering, manufacturing and product development programmes.

The business has grown significantly over recent years and is now looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager who can help bring structure, momentum and execution excellence to a range of strategic initiatives.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a central role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and against business objectives.

Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM are advantageous but not essential.
