You will work alongside project, technical, commercial and transformation specialists who value clear thinking, reliable controls, good governance and shared learning.
As a Project Manager within our Delivery Optimisation sub‑practice you will work in secure, client‑facing supplier delivery environments where structure, judgement and reliable controls matter. We are open to discussing flexible and part‑time working patterns where these can support both the role requirements and individual circumstances.
You will benefit from purpose‑driven work at the heart of secure‑government delivery, hybrid working with time onsite to build relationships and access secure systems, opportunities to build your project delivery capability and take on broader accountability as your experience grows, training, tools and frameworks to support planning, governance, risk, assurance, commercial management and project controls, and a supportive delivery community with access to experienced colleagues, mentoring and practical development opportunities.
Enjoy competitive salaries, employee rewards and a range of benefits you can tailor to suit your own health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle choices. Take advantage of training and professional development, hybrid working culture and flexible holiday allowances to balance a great job and fulfilling personal life.
