Qualifications

  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and PMO standards; able to work in international settings.

  • Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment at all levels.
  • Deliver complex multi-site/international projects across multiple industries.

Mission

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business and customer objectives. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and lead the full project lifecycle from bid support through execution to delivery and close-out, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and dependencies
  • Serve as the main customer interface for all delivery-related topics, building strong, trust-based relationships and supporting long-term partnerships
  • Manage overall project performance including financials (forecasting, cost control, margin), KPIs, reporting, and compliance with governance frameworks, PMO standards, and contractual obligations
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities while driving continuous improvement, lessons learned, and effective change and contract variation management processes
  • Lead, align, and motivate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams (e.g. engineering, procurement, quality, suppliers) within a matrix organisation and manage subcontractors and external partners
  • Ensure clear, effective communication and stakeholder alignment across all organisational levels
  • Delivery of complex, often multi-site or international projects across industries such as water & wastewater, energy, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, utilities, manufacturing, and digital/automation environments

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 57,600 - GBP 86,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
