Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Engineer to own end-to-end technical execution of digital systems projects in the UK. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through tendering, design, implementation, testing and project closure, ensuring delivery on cost, time and quality.

The role requires strong problem solving, cross-domain knowledge in digital networks, automation and cybersecurity, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. UK-based position with full-time hours.

Job description

Join us as a Senior Engineer leading technical execution of digital systems projects. You'll take ownership of solutions from project award to closure, managing technical teams and ensuring excellence in cost, time, and quality across automation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains.

What will you do?
  • Own end-to-end technical scope for digital systems projects, delivering solutions that meet customer needs and performance expectations
  • Lead technical teams through specification, design, supplier management, implementation, testing, and acceptance activities
  • Identify technical risks and optimize solution proposals across digital infrastructure, automation, and control systems
  • Report technical progress and challenges to project stakeholders and management, maintaining full accountability for outcomes

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 50,400 - GBP 75,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
