We are excited to welcome a Project Manager to our growing international NetSuite consultancy team. You will join a dedicated group of eight experienced Project Managers, all supported by our PM Vertical Leader, to whom you will report directly. At Staria, you\'ll drive customer success by managing ERP implementation projects alongside our consulting team. You will lead project teams with a hands-on approach, providing support in planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and risk management throughout each project\'s lifecycle.
As Europe\'s leading NetSuite Partner, we deliver a wide variety of projects across four verticals: Software & Services, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology. Project Managers typically oversee 3-6 projects at a time, depending on size and complexity.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to client premises during pre-sales, project kick-offs, or to support functional consultants when needed.
We are seeking a Project Manager based in the UK, ideally within the Midlands or London. Please note that you must already reside in the UK and have a valid work permit.
To thrive, you should have extensive experience leading ERP implementation projects (preferably NetSuite) with a track record of managing complex, multi-project deliveries. As this is a customer-facing role, strong client management skills are essential. You should be confident in building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
You should bring expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean), with certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent. Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are also key. Exposure to programme management is a plus.
Beyond skills, we value personality. You should bring calm seniority, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams effectively. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Experience in supply chain management or WMS is highly beneficial.
