Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Internal and External Planned Maintenance projects on the South Coast for a large housing association client.

You will ensure P&L, budgets, and deadlines are met, maintain service quality and cost control, and implement strong H&S practices across all projects. The role includes managing site teams, supervisors, RLOs and subcontractors, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building/planned maintenance contracts.
• Experience managing multiple site teams and planning complex projects.
• Strong IT skills; proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and teamwork.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external Planned Maintenance across tower blocks and scattered properties.
• Oversee budgets, deadlines and service quality; ensure cost control.
• Lead site management, supervisors, RLOs and subcontractors.

Project Manager- South Coast

Internal & External Planned Maintenance Social Housing

Up to £65,000 plus package

My client are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for somemone to join the business in an exciting period of growth on multiple projects on the South Coast.

Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Internal and External Planned Maintenance projects that are being delivered will be across low & high rise tower blocks and scattered properties for a large housing association client.

The Role;

Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong H&S across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO s and subcontractors. You will report directly in to the Operations manager who will support you in making the contracts successful

The Candidate;

The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A Strong knowledge around BSR and the building safety act as well as strong IT skills are essential and you must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word.

Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.

A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
