Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Freelance Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead a circa £2.5 million civil works project in Southwest London. You will act as No.1 on site, coordinating delivery, safety and programme to meet the client’s needs on a 6+ month contract with potential permanent opportunity.

The role requires proven civil engineering site experience, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams to budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects.
• Ability to lead as the on-site lead and manage teams.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.

Freelance Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

Location: Southwest London

Rate: £350 - £425 per day (DOE)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract, Potential Permanent Opportunity

Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary Demolition & Civil Engineering Principal Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering projects nationwide.

They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa £2.5 million project in Southwest London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is comfortable operating as the No.1 on site, or an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership.

Project Scope

• Remediation
• General site clearance
• Drainage
• Enabling works

The Role
