Job summary

Rehlko seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead generator installation projects across the UK and Europe. You will ensure deliveries are safe, efficient, and of high quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating resources.

The role requires regular travel and is supported by Protean CRM, ISO standards, and a focus on safety and inclusion. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project delivery within mechanical, electrical, or construction sectors.
• Experience managing generator projects is desirable.
• Proven track record in budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Proficient with IT systems and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple generator installation projects from handover through commissioning.
• Attend project handovers and review scope, delivery, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for efficient delivery.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and cash flow.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on generator installation projects across the UK and Europe, acting as both principal and sub-contractor.You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong client relationships and managing resources effectively.
