Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead generator installation projects from handover through commissioning across the UK and Europe. You will oversee safety, quality, and client relationships while coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Experience in generator projects desirable, but not essential.

• Competent in using IT systems and project management software.
• Confident communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple generator installation projects simultaneously, from handover through to commissioning.
• Attend project handovers and review scope, delivery, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
• Maintain accurate project records using CRM systems (e.g., Protean).
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the UK and Europe (expenses covered).
