Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Projects team. You will lead generator installation projects across the UK and Europe, acting as principal and sub-contractor. Travel to project sites is regular and travel expenses are fully covered.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring safety and high quality standards. The role requires strong delivery experience in mechanical, electrical, or construction sectors

Qualifications

  • Strong background in project delivery within mechanical, electrical, or construction sectors.
  • Experience in generator projects desirable, but not essential.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple generator installation projects simultaneously, from handover through to commissioning.
  • Attend project handovers and review scope, delivery, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records using CRM systems (e.g., Protean).
  • Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
  • Support the development and appraisal of project administrators and engineers.
  • Travel regularly to project sites across the UK and Europe (expenses covered).
