Job summary

Rehlko in the UK is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency across sites.

This role offers leadership within a growing projects team and a competitive package. You will work with Project Managers and engineers to bring complex designs to life across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/site/project management, preferably in M&E or generator installations.
• Confident managing multiple teams and project sites simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualified.
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Flexible to travel and stay away when needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records)
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team

About the Role As our Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all on-site delivery activity for our critical power projects.
