Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions has partnered with a leading interior fit-out contractor in Staffordshire to recruit an experienced Project Manager. You will oversee multiple interior fit-out projects in retail, hospitality and leisure, taking ownership from planning through to delivery.

With a £60k-£70k salary, car or allowance, and comprehensive benefits, this role rewards seniority and initiative. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of fit-out experience, CSCS and First Aid, and a disciplined

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven interior fit-out project management experience (retail/leisure/food sectors).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong understanding of H&S, program control and cost control.
• CSCS card holder.
• First Aid trained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scopes, schedules, costs and resources to meet client expectations.

This company has established itself as one of the top interiors contracting firms in the UK. With a significant uptick in demand, they are expanding their operations and require a proactive individual to step in and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position will oversee multiple interior fit-out projects within the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are equally adept at taking initiative independently.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years proven experience Fitting out of retail, leisure and food sector projects ranging from £100,000 – £3,000,000
• Work well under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently
• Comprehensive understanding of H&S requirements, program control & cost control experience
• CSCS
• First Aid
