Projects will vary in size and scope, and you will typically manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Acting at all times in the best interests of the client, you will develop a strong understanding of their business, operating within industrial environments that demand robust approaches to validation, commissioning, and safety. The emphasis throughout is on delivering fit‑for‑purpose solutions, on time and within budget.

  • Identify, assess, and manage statutory, commercial, and operational risks associated with assigned projects.
  • Ensure all projects fully comply with customer QHSE standards, project management policies, and procedures.
  • Manage projects end to end, including estimating, business development support, quantity surveying, subcontractor management, and site-level coordination.
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Secure formal customer acceptance in line with agreed project plans and documentation.
  • Agree payment schedules and manage applications for payment in line with contractual requirements and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date project documentation in approved systems.
  • Provide clear and timely monthly progress reports to the Project Development Manager in an agreed format.

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial, financial, and numerical skills.
  • Confident presenter with a track record of supporting or securing new business.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
