Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager in London to oversee a portfolio of M&E projects across premier office buildings and commercial towers. You will manage the full project lifecycle from client engagement to delivery, control programme, cost and quality, while ensuring Health & Safety compliance and strong client relationships.

The role offers £65,000–£73,000, car allowance and a 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience delivering M&E projects in FM or building services.
• Experience working in commercial buildings.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with P&L responsibility.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fit-out experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E projects including plant replacements, upgrades and commercial fit-outs.
• Manage projects from sales and bid support through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Take responsibility for programme, cost and quality.
• Manage project P&L and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM requirements.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong M&E background looking to deliver high-profile commercial projects in Central London?

We're working with a leading organisation to recruit a Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of projects across prestigious office buildings and commercial towers.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to successful delivery, managing stakeholders, commercial performance and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

• Deliver M&E projects including plant replacements, upgrades and commercial fit-outs.
• Manage projects from sales and bid support through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
