We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Agile projects using the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects on time and within scope, and ensuring Agile best practices are followed to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Agile projects.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
• Track project progress and produce clear, timely reporting for stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and efficiency across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Background in software development or technical project delivery.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
