Job summary

DVF Recruitment is partnering with a leading insurer to recruit a Project Manager for a growing Change function in London. The role is hands-on, delivering across a varied portfolio of business, operational and technology change initiatives including broking, underwriting, operations and finance.

You’ll drive projects from planning through delivery, working with senior stakeholders to secure successful change outcomes. Hybrid working 2–3 days in London per week applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lloyd’s/London Market insurance environments.
• Exposure to broking and/or underwriting activities.
• Delivery of business and IT change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to delivery across a varied change portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business teams to ensure successful change.
• Drive governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

You’ll be responsible for taking projects from initial planning through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to drive successful change.
