Job summary

DVF Recruitment are partnering with a leading insurance business to recruit a Project Manager for a growing Change function in London. The role is hands-on delivery across a varied portfolio of business, operational and technology change initiatives, with hybrid London office attendance 2-3 times per week.

You’ll take projects from initial planning through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to drive successful change across broking, underwriting, operations

Qualifications

Lloyd’s / London Market insurance experience required.
Broking and/or underwriting exposure.
Business & IT change delivery experience.
Experience in Agile & Waterfall environments.
Strong stakeholder & governance management.
Insurance systems / technical implementations experience.

Responsibilities

Hands-on delivery from initial planning through to delivery.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business teams to drive change.
