Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Change: Lead and manage projects that drive forward organizational, cultural, operational, technology and digital changes
  • Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder project progress
  • Add Substance: Enhance the quality and impact of deliverables by providing strategic insights and actionable solutions
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and their input is valued throughout the project lifecycle
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates and reports
  • Change Engagement: Ensure high levels of change engagement and adoption across the organisation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in a project manager or delivery manager role - must have broad business change experience and not just technical change
  • Recognised qualification, or a desire to be formally qualified in, project management (for example, PRINCEII, AgilePM, PMP etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects using a variety of methodologies.
  • Understanding of change management techniques
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently across a varied range of projects, stakeholders, and topics
  • Ability to establish, and drive the adoption of, relevant PM skills and processes within the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning
