Job summary

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing construction team in Scotland. You will drive projects from pre-construction through to final delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of programmes, commercial performance and overall project delivery. A strong pipeline supports growth and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Manage project budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with health & safety requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor quality and ensure works meet required standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Contract Scotland are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing construction business for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

With a strong pipeline of work secured, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team with an ambitious and capable Project Manager.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall project delivery.

About You
