Project Manager - New Product Introduction (NPI)

Wise Employment are seeking for a Project Manager NPI to join a fantastic Engineering company based here in Plymouth.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

1. Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects, from planning to execution.
2. Develop capacity planning strategies to optimise lead times and reduce bottlenecks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping projects on track.
5. Drive a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
6. Provide data-driven reports to senior leadership.

What You Bring:

1. Project Management Expertise - Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
2. Manufacturing & Engineering Knowledge - Experience in NPI, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and project management tools.
3. Excellent Communication & Collaboration - Confident in engaging with teams and stakeholders.
4. STEM Degree - Preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
