Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
• Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors for efficient delivery.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries with the Project Coordinator.
• Identify, prepare and price project variations.
• Support valuations and final accounts with the Project Coordinator.
• Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + Car package (Allowance/ Company Car)

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out. You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
• Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Identify, prepare and price project variations.
• Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.
• Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.
