Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Newport is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight steel frame development on a site-based basis. You will oversee the programme, quality, and commercial performance from site setup through to completion.

The role requires proven PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time and to budget. SMSTS, CSCS Black cards, and First Aid at Work are preferred.

Project Manager – Lightweight Steel Frame

We are currently working with a national contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight steel frame development in Newport.

This is a site-based role, overseeing the project from site set-up through to completion, with responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance, health & safety and overall delivery.

The Role
