Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is a mobile, hands-on role combining planned project delivery with reactive site-based incident management.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder communication; NEC4 contract experience is desirable and eligibility to work in the UK is necessary.

Qualifications

• PM experience in civil engineering, construction, ground engineering or geotechnical work.
• Strong health & safety and site risk management knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Attend sites to assess risks, coordinate contractors and oversee remediation works.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with NEC4 contract requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and operational teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Project Manager - Civil Engineering / Construction

Location: Scotland (Hybrid with regular site travel)
Contract: Until January 2027
IR35: Inside IR35
Rate: £231.94 - £283.48 per day (Umbrella)

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is a mobile, hands‑on role combining planned project delivery with reactive site‑based incident management.

Essential Experience

• Project Management experience within Civil Engineering, Construction, Ground Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Strong Health & Safety and site risk management knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable: NEC4 contract experience and knowledge of ground investigations or remediation projects.
