Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Project Manager for remote/hybrid roles across the UK, leading transformative logistics projects with major brands. You will drive the delivery of new operations, automation implementations, and network optimisations in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP is essential.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience delivering supply chain or logistics project implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborating with operational, engineering, customer, finance, and commercial teams to implement new solutions and improvements.

• Engaging with customers and stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting warehouse transformations, automation initiatives, network changes, and operational start-ups across the supply chain.
• Leading cross-functional project teams, driving engagement, managing change, and realising business benefits.

• Previous experience in Supply Chain Project Management is essential, with a proven track record of delivering complex logistics or operational projects - Essential
• Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP- Essential
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience delivering operational change, continuous improvement, automation, warehouse solutions, or customer implementations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
