Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking an Admin Manager on a 12-month FTC/Secondment. The role requires leading project support, managing customer and stakeholder engagement, and partnering with Planning and Finance CoE for Purchasing and Billing.

You will oversee the smooth operation of financial processes between Planning, Customs and Finance, and drive the scoping and implementation of new DHL initiatives, building strong cross‑functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Administrative roles, ideally within a multi-location set up.
• Experience in Customer Services, ideally with a Retail customer.
• Experience in management or project roles, ideally in a fast paced environment.
• Customer relationship/service experience.
• Previous management experience required.
• IT literate, with Microsoft Office packages, Excel.
