Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in the South East is seeking a Site Manager for a luxury residential flagship project in Tunbridge Wells. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence on high-end builds.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, a carpentry background is desirable, and a stable track record on premium projects. Permanent employment with an end of November start is offered.

Salary £65k - £75k per annum - all in salary

Are you an experienced Site Managerwith a proven track record delivering high-end residential projects?

We're representing a highly respected contractor specialising in the delivery ofsuper-prime new builds, bespoke refurbishments, and luxury residential developments across the South East. The business has built an outstanding reputation for quality and craftsmanship, working on some of the region's most prestigious private residential projects.

The Role

Based on a flagship project in Tunbridge Wells, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the exceptionally high standards expected within the luxury residential sector.

Essential Requirements

• Strong high-end / super-prime residential experience
• Proven ability to manage luxury residential projects from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience managing trades and subcontractors on-site

Highly Desirable

• Carpentry background
• Experience working on bespoke residential builds and refurbishments
• Stable employment history within premium residential construction
