Job summary

Construct Enterprises Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential refurbishment projects in Central/South West London. You will oversee delivery from pre-construction to handover, coordinating clients, consultants and site teams to ensure programmes, budgets and quality targets are met.

The role offers exposure to multiple projects with established residential builders, and opportunities to take ownership and progress within a dynamic, fast-growing team.

We're working with established residential design & build companies across London who are looking for experienced Project Managers to join their growing teams.

These roles involve managing multiple high-end residential refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £500k to £4m, with responsibility for driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

You'll play a key role in coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams, taking ownership of projects and ensuring they are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high standard.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management abilities.
• A proactive and ambitious approach, with the drive to develop within a growing construction business.
