Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our expanding Manchester Infrastructure team, supporting clients in delivering construction infrastructure projects and programmes across North West England.

This role suits Project Managers from rail, water/utilities, or highways backgrounds with proven experience and understanding of processes. NEC accreditation is preferred.

Our Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, typically between £1m and £10m, depending on complexity. In supporting roles, project sizes may be larger.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead Project Management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
2. Support major commissions, taking responsibility for specific aspects of service delivery.
3. Ensure client objectives are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
4. Support clients in transitioning to Net Zero and adopting sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related subject.
• Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, or similar is preferred.
