Job summary

Medius is a global leader in cloud-based spend management solutions. As a Project Manager with Medius Professional Services, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations for customers across national and global markets, serving as the primary client contact and steering projects within scope, time, and budget.

You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, drive delivery with clear communications, facilitate workshops, and keep documentation up to date.

As a Project Manager with Medius Professional Services, you’ll lead end-to-end implementations of our cloud-based spend management solutions for customers across national and global markets. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, driving project success through clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, independently driving activities, making day-to-day decisions and resolving challenges with minimal management oversight. You will proactively manage delivery risks, customer expectations and project outcomes, taking accountability for successful delivery. Your work will combine classic project management with hands-on involvement in our applications, ensuring you deeply understand the solutions you’re helping to deliver.

2+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS implementation projects, with demonstrable ownership of project delivery. Strong initiative, accountability and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions, take responsibility for outcomes and resolve issues independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Business-minded, results-driven, and highly organized. Ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality, control and attention to detail. General understanding of IT systems and willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites. Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions. Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes. Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3. Experience working within a Professional Services environment, managing customer implementations, project budgets and commercial scope.
