Otis London, a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to lead volume installation/construction projects in the London territory. You will supervise installation work, monitor progress on-site, and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with the elevator and building trades.
• Safety is the top priority.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-reliant with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Define project objectives and manage projects – supervising the installation of equipment, monitoring the progress of job sites, and coordinating with stakeholders on- and offsite.
• Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects run on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks and ensure compliance with government and legal requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support; improve profitability; train and monitor subcontractors for standard service delivery.
