Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, have experience managing projects, and excellent time management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Working with architects, engineers, and surveyors to create and implement construction plans and schedules.
• Monitoring the budget to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Hiring construction workers and assigning tasks to contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that staff are working safely and productively.
• Liaising with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities.
• Providing progress reports to clients.
• Tracking activities from the beginning to the end of the project.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
