Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join on a full-time permanent basis, covering London and the South of the UK. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Responsibilities include attending fire/flood damaged properties across the South of the UK to conduct surveys, create estimates, and produce reports (written and video). You will prepare estimates including labour, equipment, and materials, attend sites to plan works, manage projects, hand over sites to supervisors, monitor progress, update customers, handle H&S planning and CDM, prepare project costing sheets, provide technical support, and respond to job-related queries.

Candidates should have strong site-based project management experience in property damage restoration, be willing to travel extensively, and stay away from home when required. Experience in property decontamination, contents restoration, property drying, H&S, and leadership skills are essential. A full UK driving license and own transport are required.
