This is your opportunity to leverage your project management experience and enjoy more than just a monthly salary. We are seeking someone with experience in the property sector to work through RIBA stages across a wide range of projects.

You will work in a home-based setting, with a company car provided for travel around the North West of England.

Our diverse portfolio includes residential, office, church, social centre, shop, and farm properties. You will work on projects ranging from refurbishment and remodelling to extensions and new builds, with project values averaging between £XXX,XXX and £1.5 million.

Your empathetic nature and effective communication skills will be essential in maintaining strong and positive client relationships.
