Role: Senior Project Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join a global professional services organisation. The client has a busy portfolio over the next couple of years and aims to enhance the capability within the delivery function.

You will lead the delivery of business change and transformation projects, support the maturation of project delivery capability, governance, and best practices.

Outline of the role/responsibilities:

1. Experience shaping and delivering business transformation projects
2. Excellent project/programme planning experience
3. Experience building business cases from scratch
4. Create and manage standard project documents such as PIDs, project plans, updates, budget tracking, and RAID logs
5. Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions; communicate, manage, escalate, and mitigate them
6. Support planning, directing, coordination, and delivery of projects
7. Play an active role in developing junior/mid-level project managers
8. Experience managing/overseeing third-party delivery
9. Excellent stakeholder management experience
10. Qualifications: PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 Agile, or APM PPQ
11. Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Salary & Package:

£80,000 – £90,000 + Bonus, excellent pension, and benefits

London, Hybrid working (2-3 days per week)
