WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER FOR A CLIENT BASED IN THE KINGSTON UPON THAMES AREA

OUR CLIENT SPECIALISES IN NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION ON HIGH END DOMESTIC OCCUPIED PROPERTIES HOWEVER THERE WILL ALSO BE SOME GENERAL PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT WORK AND ALSO KITCHEN FITTING SO A KNOWLEDGE OF THESE MARKETS IS ESSENTIAL

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE OVERSEEING A NUMBER OF LIVE PROJECTS MAINLY IN WEST LONDON.SURREY

YOU WIL REQUIRE:

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENTS
• OWN TRANSPORT
• CURRENT SMSTS PREFERRED
• EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DOMESTIC OCCUPIED ESSENTIAL

LONG TERM WORK WITH A VIEW TO A POTENTIAL PERMANENT ROLE AFTER A TRIAL PERIOD
