What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions on time, within scope, and budget, using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
  2. Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams and senior management to ensure project success and milestone achievement.
  4. Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  5. Risk and Conflict Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  6. Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for project updates, providing clear and timely reports and presentations.
  7. Culture and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate change management and foster a culture of innovation.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Experience: 7+ years in project management within the London insurance sector, with substantial agile experience. Prior experience with insurance pricing platforms, UW Workbench, or regulatory projects is desirable.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at conveying complex information clearly, with proactive international communication skills and presentation abilities.
  3. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with critical thinking and decision-making under pressure.
  4. Drive and Team Management: Ability to lead strategic initiatives and foster collaboration.
  5. Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient with project management tools and systems, including MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PPM systems is a plus.
  7. Additional Experience: 5+ years in a consulting firm focusing on insurance transformation preferred.
  8. Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees and certifications like PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master are preferred.
