Thorn Baker Construction in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager for fast-track retail fit-out and refurbishment projects in the Lichfield area. You will report to the Contracts Director and oversee projects from pre-start to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and top quality.

Key duties include leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, developing programmes and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in retail fit-out, refurbishment or fast-track construction.
• Strong understanding of retail, leisure and commercial fit-out projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in retail fit-out and refurbishment? Do you enjoy delivering fast-track projects and working within a supportive, ambitious team?

Thorn Baker is working with an award-winning regional contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality retail, leisure and commercial fit-out projects across the UK. The business is known for investing in its people, encouraging new ideas and maintaining a collaborative culture where quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Lichfield.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will be responsible for delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between £100k and £1m. You will oversee projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

About You
