Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives, focusing on delivery of strategic digital and business change. You will work with senior leaders to drive projects from concept to implementation, ensuring governance, time, cost and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong PM discipline, experience with MS Project/Power BI/Jira, and a track record in healthcare or regulated environments. Hybrid working from Lichfield with remote options is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated governance experience and successful delivery of complex transformation projects.
• Experience working on digital transformation or change programmes in regulated environments is a plus.
• Professional PM certifications are required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects.
• Manage scope, plans, risks, dependencies and governance activities.
• Develop business cases, PIDs and benefits realisation plans.
• Facilitate project boards, steering groups and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and report to senior leadership with clear dashboards.

.Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering meaningful change

?We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to join our Transformation team and play a key role in delivering strategic projects that make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex business and digital transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on the ongoing development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics platform

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll drive projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost and quality objectives while maintaining robust governance throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
• Managing project scope, plans, risks, dependencies and governance activities
• Developing high-quality project documentation including business cases, PIDs and benefits realisation plans
• Facilitating project boards, steering groups and stakeholder meetings
• Monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting to senior leadership teams
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
• Supporting business readiness, change adoption and successful implementation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools and methodologies

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong governance knowledge and a passion for delivering successful outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience managing complex projects within structured project management frame

• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and other recognised methodologies such as Agile, MSP or PMP
• Experience working on digital transformation or change programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Jira or Smartsheet
• The ability to influence and drive progress across teams without direct authority
• Experience within healthcare, social care or a similarly regulated environment would be advantageous
