Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing engineering and building services team in Leeds. You will manage projects up to £300k from initial survey through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.

You will coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and clients, travel across the M62 and M1 corridor, and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with CDM Regulations and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-trade projects up to £300k.
• Strong commercial and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to achieve SC Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects up to £300k from survey to completion.

• Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing client relationships and project delivery.
• Ensuring multi-trade projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation.

• Identifying additional project opportunities.
• Travelling across the M62 and M1 corridor, with occasional further travel.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects up to £300k from survey to completion.
• Site set-up and mobilisation.
• Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing client relationships and project delivery.
• Ensuring multi-trade projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation.
