Job summary

MTR Partnership in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a £12m main contracting project from pre-construction through to completion. You will manage the design process, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, and lead site teams to ensure safety, timeliness and value.

The role requires proven experience in main contracting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects of similar value.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within a main contracting environment.
• Proven experience delivering projects of a similar value and complexity.
• Strong understanding of the design and pre-construction process.

We're currently working with a leading construction business to recruit a Project Manager to deliver a £12m project based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full delivery of the scheme, with a particular focus on managing the design process, coordinating consultants and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
