Edenred Payment Solutions is hiring a Project Manager (French & English) to lead international client projects from requirements to rollout. The role demands strong bilingual communication, delivery leadership across IT and business teams, and structured change management in a hybrid Swindon/London environment.

The ideal candidate has proven technical delivery experience with complex projects, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently to meet timelines.

Responsabilidades

Your Role

In this key position, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
• Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
• Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
• Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
• Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third-party partners, suppliers, and clients—identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
• Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
• Support and inspire your colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
