  • Manage subcontractors, monitoring performance and progress and ensuring contractual requirements are achieved
  • Maintain a relentless focus on Zero Harm, ensuring appropriate health, safety and environmental standards are embedded throughout project delivery
  • Lead project risk and opportunity reviews, maintaining ownership of the Risk Register and implementing appropriate actions
  • Understand and interrogate designs and technical information, constructively challenging inputs and deliverables where required
  • Develop and maintain appropriate resource plans to ensure the project has the right capability to deliver successfully
  • Oversee project governance, reporting and record keeping, ensuring accurate information is available to support effective decision-making
  • Ensure procurement plans align with the overall project programme, enabling materials, resources and supply chain requirements to be delivered when needed
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout delivery, ensuring works are completed with successful handover, certification and close-out in mind
  • Support, develop and mentor members of the project team, helping to build high-performing teams and develop future talent
