Job Title: Work Winning NO.1 Project Manager (Drylining)

Location: Central London

Type: Temp-Perm

With a turnover of over GBP 100 million, one of the UK's leading specialised fit-out contractors is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within drylining, suspended ceilings, and partitions.

Some of the key duties include:

• Programming responsibilities from contract programme onwards
• Site setup and strategy, including logistics
• Planning
• Managing the project as the number 1
• Daily site management and weekly progress reporting
• Checking contractors' RAMS for approval, ticket records, and managing inductions
• Checking and approving benchmarks from contractors
• Managing and facilitating joinery and kitchen installations on site
• Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish
• Having in-depth knowledge of drylining and its installation process
• Completing tasks within budgetary limitations

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working on-site on projects valued over GBP 2 million, be able to travel into Central, City, and West London, and hold CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid site certifications.
